Design a wellness routine that actually fits your life. From meal planning on a budget to finding exercise you enjoy, plus sleep strategies that work and self-care that doesn't feel like another chore.

Weeks 7-8

Take Control of Your Money

Money stress, solved. Learn practical budgeting that works, how to navigate Centrelink and NDIS funding, smart shopping strategies, and how to save for things that matter to you. No confusing financial jargon - just practical skills.

Weeks 9-10

Put It All Together

Practice your new skills in real-world scenarios and create your personal action plan. Leave with confidence and a clear roadmap for continued success.
